This is a 45 min session dedicated to creating muscle definition for your arms and shoulders. I am using 1kg weights, please make a right choice for you, it’s important that you exercise with ease and not feel overwhelming tension at the top of the shoulders and neck. You could use water bottles and cans 500g instead of weights. Either way be mindful using it.
