I am not adding Intensity level here as this is a bit different work, although you are doing a basic Pilates exercises adding the block unilaterally creates optimal conditions for realising aches and pains derived from side to side imbalances. If you don’t have a block you could try it with a book or a large cushion. Without any it is still a good basic half hour session.
