This class is meant for more experienced movement students to help manage muscular tensions and areas of ‘stuck’ or ‘sticky’ soft tissue that may be causing muscular imbalances. This sort of practice can be demanding on the body so please be kind to yourself and don’t push through pain that doesn’t feel right.
