Small group of 6 ensuring we are in line with safety guidelines, also please:

Arrive right on time to avoid waiting in communal areas.
Wash or sanitise your hands on arrival
Bring your own towel and socks and water.
Sanitise any equipment you may have used after the class.
Wear a mask in communal areas.

Level 2-3 Pilates is for clients who've clear understanding of Pilates principles and have been regularly attending Matwork classes for at least 6 months. This is a fast paced, focused class that will integrate all Pilates principles into a fluidly moving session.  Great for building up strength, toning muscle while improving your posture, balance and self awareness - our motto is progress not perfection and NO pain bigger gain!
