Small group of 6 ensuring we are in line with safety guidelines, also please:

Arrive right on time to avoid waiting in communal areas.
Wash or sanitise your hands on arrival
Bring your own towel and socks and water.
Sanitise any equipment you may have used after the class.
Wear a mask in communal areas.

Level 1-2 Pilates is for clients, ideally, already familiar with basic Pilates but complete beginners are also welcome.  This is a slower, focused class that will help you with body alignment, building up strength, improve balance and general wellbeing.
