Pilates matwork classes focus on creating balance in the body, strengthening the core postural muscles and working on stability and co-ordination. Instead of focusing on the superficial muscles, Pilates targets the deep stabilising muscles within the body and practice will improve posture, strength, function and movement of the joints, core strength and flexibility.

Classes marked with (C) have a classical theme and are not suitable for rehabilitation.
